Duara means round in Swahili.

Duara is made partly from recycled materials. The waterproof rubber base is made from old car tyres and the lining comes from men’s shirts. The D-ring is cast from recycled metal at Bombolulu workshop in Mombasa. Inside the bag you´ll find a zipper pocket. Flower decoration is made from recycled rubber and shirt button.

Duara bag is made at the Bombolulu workshop, which educates and employs physically challenged artisans. Bombolulu offers its workers free accommodation, medical care and education.
